iMapIdle help

Ok, I installed imapidle, and it's a an absolutely amazing app, it has allowed me to get push email for my gmail, which is awesome. However it repeatedly turns off for no conceivable reason. Does anyone know a fix for unlocked 1.14?

correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't IMAPIdle take a POP account and simulate it to an IMAP?

if so... you realize gmail is IMAP now right?

No, it actually listens in the background using the imap idle protocol for an email. Because of this you get notified much faster, a la push. Works with gmail.
