richard.mac macrumors 603 Mar 24, 2008 #2 its more like Parallels mounts its own volumes. you can change this is Parallels' preferences or the Virtual Machine preferences i cant remember as i use VMWare Fusion now as way better at using the Boot Camp partition as a vm.
