OS X mounts Parallels volumes

How can I prevent OS X from mounting Parallels' virtual volumes? I have no need for that and more often than not it causes problems.
 
its more like Parallels mounts its own volumes. you can change this is Parallels' preferences or the Virtual Machine preferences i cant remember as i use VMWare Fusion now as way better at using the Boot Camp partition as a vm.
