http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/safari.html
It says it's brand new since it came out on 11/03/03, but it says version 1.0. I got Panther and it says it's 1.1. Is this newer release or something else? Why would they release 1.1 but only put 1.0 on DL site??
Help!
I want this if it's newer and less buggy version of Safari!

Safari 1.0 download was off the Apple site for a while, i'd bet the post date is just when it was reposted.
if there is a safari panther update, it will show up in your software update control panel..

10.3 Panther has Safari 1.1 (v100). The latest Safari on Apple's site is 1.0? Maybe Safari 1.1 won't run on 10.2 Jaguar? Maybe it's a special version with tweaks for 10.3 panther and letting mail/help use WebCore. Can anyone try running Safari 1.1 on Jaguar? Does that mean Apple won't update Safari for 10.2 users anymore?
