instead of the black "insert your password" screen?

I would really appreciate it if someone would be able to tell me!!
 
Enable Fast User switching, go to the login window, and then sleep from there.

What's wrong with the login presented when waking from sleep otherwise? Do you need to log out or do you just want to screen to lock on sleep?
