Montevina Ram question

Hey everyone, I was reading an article on intel road map on processors. I was wondering what kind of Ram will Montevina use? on Wikipedia it says "RAM supported for DDR2-667, DDR2-800, DDR3-800 and DDR3-1066 SO-DIMM. " meaning it will support both DDR2 and DDR3. So anyways do you think apple will be using DDR3 ram starting when they introduce Montevina?
