I learned how to check the stats of which focal lengths I use the most, and 50mm is almost the lowest because I pretty much never take portraits and when I do, I just keep the 28-75 f2.8 on the body.
So, this is extra for me! However, don't think that you won't use it. This is one of the most popular and most recommended lenses out there.
