Yeah. We expected new Powerbooks. We got them. We expected a new adapter. We got them.

But the eMac?

Nobody saw that coming. This is totally unexpected! But there's one good thing.

Now they can replace all the rusty old pre-G3 macs in my school with nice, pretty, G4 Macs!

it indeed was a surprise.

the tibook was nice. and i just let it at that when i saw the "new" sign by it in the apple online store.

but then i saw the front page with the emac. was very cool.

I remember a while back, in 2001 everyone was asking for a 17" iMac. We need a bigger screen, etc. Well we got it, it only took a while. Maybe after the LCD iMac it was a bit of a let down. I wonder what would have happened if the eMac came out before the new iMac?

I've actually been considering an eMac as my education discount purchase...

even though I do not need it...it's still damned cool! :p

In Europe, the eMac is a couple of hundred dollars more expensive than in the US. I'm really dissapointed cause I wanted one but I can't afford it right now :(

I really really didn't expect the eMac, I just went to Apple.com as I normally do and it was there, I love it!
