Leopard 10.5 Install Disk

I have two questions

I just installed leopard on my iMac. Can I install it on my other computer even though I don't have the family pack? All they had was the single user install.
How do I know if I have the install version of leopard or the upgrade version?

1. Yes. Its against the license agreement but its technically possible and Apple will never know.

1. Not legally.
2. There is no upgrade version.

So can I sell the version I used to install with on eBay or would that be illegal?

But then you wouldn't have a Leopard disk in case you need to reinstall.

Yes, it would be illegal if the OS is installed on two different machines at the same time.

It would be equivalent to piracy, i.e. obtaining software without paying for it (since you sold those rights on).
