hello. i did something dumb...

in trying to use liberty+ to break the pod, i suceeded.. kinda. the ipod does not look like an ipod anymore. after roughly 8 hours of running liberty+ the process was still no where near complete... thinking that it had hung i quit the ( ) application, now itunes wont recognise the ipod, liberty+ doesn't see it and when i try and start the ipod i just get text, like terminal/console type stuff. :(

is it back to the store with this one? or is it fixable. I already had an JBtouch but some summerboard theme i downloaded screwed it up! what a crappy 12 hours.

little help would be greatly appreciated. :(

sorry. i found the solution and here it is:

Turn your iPod off. (Press and hold both power and home buttons to shut it down, release them once it is off)
Launch iTunes on you computer.
Press and hold the "Home" button while connecting the iPod to computer.
Follow iTunes instructions to restore your iPhone.

thanks to Marro on the ilounge forum. yr a podsaver.
