Hello,

I have an ibook and a Intel Mac Mini. I have my mini hooked up to my tv, and I don't have a keyboard or mouse hooked up to the mini. Instead, I control the mini with my ibook via the screen sharing feature that is present in Leopard.

This morning, I was prompted to install an update to my airport extreme (the newest gigabit version). I did so, and I'm now running into problems with screen sharing.

Whenever I use the screen sharing feature, the mini is receives keyboard commands that I'm not inputting. The mini thinks that I'm constantly typing "." and "/" when I'm not. Therefore, I can't control anything on my mini now that accepts typing. For example if I open Safari, and I try to input www.apple.com, it looks like ww.../././.w/./.ap./././ll/./././...../.e/./././././c/./././com../././

I can't even use front row because the mini is constantly receiving the typing input.

Does anybody know what's going on? This happened before, but the issue fixed itself when I installed the latest OSX update. I tried to reinstall the update, but it's not possible because both computers are already up to date.

I don't know what else to try. If it help, I do have a mouse and keyboard I can plug into the mini if need be to help fix the problem.

Any help is appreciated. I've spent all morning trying to figure this out!
