Alternate Headphones w/ mic???

I've been through two pairs of the iphone stereo headphones and I think it's about time for me to buy some real headphones. I was browsing through the apple store but I though I might consult the macrumors forums before buying anything...
(I don't need any noise-cancelling, just decent audio quality and of course, a mic)
