I upgraded my 1.25 Al PowerBook to 1 GB and have the original Apple memory modules for sale:
Two 256 MB DDR PC2700 SODIMMs (333MHz)
Used for two days.
Prefer to sell them as a pair (512 MB total) for $95. First offer at this price gets free shipping and a pair of Panther Dog Tags (one ring two tags). If you're in the SF Bay Area and would like to pick it up, that's fine.
