View Full Version : Just download FLIQLO screen saver..how do i get it to work

Just downloaded it, but I can't get it to work. Any help for a newb?

ok when you download it, unzip it then double click on icon on desktop.

once opened double click on icon inside folder.

it will ask you to install screensaver so click ok.

once installed goto system preferences-->desktop/screensavers-->Fliqlo

click options if you want to change them

still doesnt work.
plus when i double click fliqlo it doesnt ask me to install screensaver.

I don't think it's compatible with Leopard. At least when I tried it, it wasn't...

yeah that would have been nice to know you had leopard on your mac!!!

It is compatible with Leopard, I have been using it for ages under Leopard. I have two copies of it on my computer and they are stored, probably don't need both but I don't remember which one worked so I just left them both. So put it in these places and it will appear.

/Library/Screen Savers/FLIQLO.saver

/Users/username/Library/Screen Savers/FLIQLO.saver

Hey mate,did you have any luck with installing this? I have followed the instructions and it just doesn't work!

Did you have to create a folder "screensaver" to get it to work?

yeah, put it in /Library/Screen Savers/FLIQLO.saver and it should appear under system prefs. i still can't make it full screen under the screensaver's options though

Just installed it in leopard fine, got it from here (http://www.9031.com/downloads/screensavers.html).
