I think that might be in downtown Dallas. I lived there for a while ten years ago, but I think I remember seeing this. I hope some of the MR members from Texas post with their expert opinion.

It sort of reminded me of a scene from Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship, where Frodo gets saved from the Ring Wraiths at the river.

While it's not running horses, the fountain at Logan Circle in Logan Square is pretty cool. Check it out if you get a chance.

I go by that on the way to school, as well as some lesser architectural feats. Not a very boring drive.
