The battery of my iBook G4 (2005) was at 3% capacity since October of 2007. Two weeks ago it began holding a charge. Coconut battery shows that its original capacity was 440 mAh, but its current capacity is 64940 mAh. I haven't done anything to it. Prior to this change, I usually couldn't even turn on my laptop without it being plugged in. Now it runs for at least 30-45 minutes on battery. Any ideas why it changed?
