Intersting, I am having no problems with network connectivity between my AppleTV 2.0.1 and my Airport Extreme (5GHz 802.11n w/ wide channels enabled).

This explains my problem. I am running 5Ghz (n only) network.
It's strange because after the 2.0 update, my tv would consistently drop the connection when it was left idle. I would have to reconnect every time before using it, but streaming, syncing and playback worked fine.
After the 2.0.1 update, this problem was fixed and the tv keeps its connection no matter how long it's left idle. However, now I'm having issues with the tv losing connection in the middle of streaming and syncing.
I'll turn off the wide channels and see if that helps.

Ok I can confirm the problem .... a transfer timed out and wouldn't resume until I turned off wide channels.
Sigh .....

Turned off the wide channels... and this seems to have fixed my problem. Let's hope apple fixes this bug soon.
