Age of Empires 3: problem with music and speech

Hey,

I played Age Of Empires 3 perfectly on Tiger

When I installed Leopard I had to re-install AOE 3.

When I started playing it again, there was no music anymore and the characters don't talk anymore in the game. Anyone got help? A similar problem?
 
well i got a total other problem
aoe III just totally freezes on me on my new macbook pro 2.5 gig 512vram :s
