I Can’t Hear Anything

I could not hear anything in my phone when I held it to my ear. Speaker worked and headphones worked, just not the phone audio portion. Some people even did a restore to try to fix it, which I really didn’t want to have to do.:(

Plug in and unplug your iPhone headphones several times then try that.

Sorry. When mine had that problem. That's what Apple told me to do.

if this is a new phone make sure to take the plastic off the screen... Blocks the headset speaker... (yes people have done this a bunch of times so I thought I'd toss it out there.)
