well i just done it anyways
i started with a reset erase all settings ( i was still on 1.1.3 ziphone 2.2 BB 4.6)
this i fired up pwned app, downloaded official 1.1.4 from itunes
browsed to the ipsw let pwned app do its thing then created a custom ipsw and updated via itunes !!
WOW superb.. had a little moment when it said it was flashing the baseband and bootloader but everything works perfectly!
just to be sure i downloaded BBinfo to check my baseband and im still on 4.6
this has also fixed google maps for me whereas on ziphone 2.2 i had to use locateme to get my maps working.
so far everything seems fine and dandy, just installing all my apps now ;)
FYI summerboard works fine(first thing i tried) and make it mine is fine too.
