iPod can not remove items from shopping cart

For some reason I can not clear my shopping cart. I try to delete them and nothing happens-also when i try to buy them i get a message saying it is not avaliable in the US

The items are Big Bang Theory on CBS, Lewis Black Root of all Evil and Hells Kitchen

EDIT-I called apple and they cleared it-
