I has setup my home machine for a web server under Jaguar and installed Webalizer. After I upgraded to Panther and configured PostFix (e-mail smtp and pop), I started getting all of these messages from my cron daemon on the status of Webalizer every 15 minutes.

The e-mail looks like this:

From: Cron Daemon <root@another.gotdns.com>
Subject: Cron <root@Brian-Barnharts-Computer> /usr/local/bin/webalizer -c /usr/local/etc/webalizer.conf
Date: November 8, 2003 9:15:00 AM CST
To: root@another.gotdns.com

Webalizer V2.01-10 (Darwin 7.0.0) English
Using logfile /private/var/log/httpd/access_log (clf)
Creating output in current directory
Hostname for reports is 'Brian-Barnharts-Computer.local'
Reading history file... webalizer.hist
Generating report for November 2003
Generating summary report
Saving history information...
2 records in 0.06 seconds

Okay, that's all fine and dandy, but how do I stop the daemon from sending this e-mail to me every 15 minutes. Running a webalizer cron doesn't show up in Cronnix and I can't find out how to either turn this off or set it so it stops sending me these e-mails.

Any ideas? Thanks

Is there anything listed under your user or the root crontab?

The only thing listed under my user is the stuff for Folding and the system just has the daily, weekly, monthly.

I wonder if it is under a different system user, like nobody or www or unknown or something like that.

Found my own answer. It is under the root crontab. Thanks for your hint because it made me think of other users besides myself and the system.
