iMovie won't play my iTunes library

Hey all,

I imported my 'stuff' over to my new MBP - movies, pics, music. Now I want to edit one of my iMovies. The problem is that it won't play my iTunes library. It keeps asking me to activate the machine. I do so, and I get a confirmation that it worked. Then I go back in to iMovie and no dice.

I deactivated all my accounts and then activated just my MBP and it still didn't work.

Any ideas?
 
did you get it figured out yet?

HIf not, have you checked the permissions on your iTunes library. If it was created under a different user name or on a different machine that might explain your troubles.
 
Beleive it or not, I called AppleCare and they advised me to download the latest iTunes patch. I did and bingo - I was back in action. 😀
