Custom earphones and iPhone

I have UE-5c custom earphones.

Anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to use these for listening to music and also using the phone function.

Shure MPA for the phone function, I have the 10s and the chord would be way too long, hence the SE530s for the iPhone.
