I'm new to Macs so please forgive me.

I don't have photoshop but would like to create something like this. Is there a somewhat easy with to do this. I have the latest iphoto?

I saw that site and tired it, but it's using a much older version of iPhoto and I don't think v8 has the same setup. In step 3it says to go to Page Setup in the File menu. I don't see this in v9.
