cmd T - bluescreen

using a mbp - leopard 10.5.2

This has now happened twice-

I link a few layers in PhotoShop then hit cmd-T to transform.

My screen goes blue

It returns to my desktop - but of course all of my apps have been closed
Its like a hard restart - skipping the loading apple

any idea - is there a hot key conflict with PS
 
Have a look at System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts. See if anything there is using that shortcut. I don't think anything there should be using it, though.

is it event possible to have a Bluescreen/reboot type of command

what could be the purpose of that
