Preview not printing all of the pages ?

Hi,

Preview seems to not print the 2nd page of a 2 page document no matter what I try.

This is just one example of the print problems I am having since switching to Leopard.

Anyone have any ideas or know of a free pdf reader i can set as default ?

i've tried all sorts of print range configs.

I did end up changing to generic driver and that seems to work, but when i change to monochrome and go for preview, it still shows up in color.

alos, my spotlight has been unquittable spinning it's wheels for about 3 hours now.

performance on my other apps isn't affected, so instead of rebooting, i'm letting it sit there.

anyone get back to my mac to work?
