96% Full Battery

I got my MBP just after the last big update and have loved every minute with it. However for some reason my charge is odd, I have my Magsafe plugged in and it shows a green light, but the battery only reads 96% on my computer. It also shows a charged symbol instead of a charging symbol. I don't know if this is an error or just normal. Any ideas?

The battery will only recharge when it drops below 95% to save cycles and make battery life longer.

ah yes, mine is fully charged and is at 97%
