I'm asking this because I have about 60gb worth of stuff on my macbook that I really don't have any way to back it up. What are the chances something will go wrong? I don't know what else to do.

Um do you need to back it up? Depends: do you care if you lose it? Just think about it reasonably...if you really don't care about the data then don't back up. If you do care, you would be stupid to not back up.
If you can afford a macbook and windows I'm sure you an get some blank DVDs or an external HD!

Your data is only as valuable as your last backup.
I played with the Boot Camp Beta back in Tiger for ages and didn't lose a single bit. I still had a backup though.

You can get an external hard drive for just over £50. You should really consider getting one for backup.

Really you should back up anyway, because no matter what all hard disks eventually fail.

No. You don't have to backup.
