Leopard Proof of Purchase Coupon?

Hi All!

I just purchase leopard off eBay. It was advertised as "New" but "Opened". Anyway, I just got hold of it and notice that the customary Apple "Proof-of-Purchase" coupons are missing. I just want to know if the coupons are actually missing or has Apple finally stopped issue those coupons with Leopard.
