summer board minnor problem..you get this too?

so i PWNAGE my iphone and im in the long process of redoing my settings themes ect...i installed summerboard works fine but when i add/delete/reboot from adding apps..when i turn it back on/reboot it wont show my themes i installed but when i hit the sleep button and reopen it back it shows my themes ...is this normal?
