Windows Keyboard Error and MacBook Slowdown

I have a problem with my Windows partition on my MacBook. At odd times the volume and brightness keys stop work when I use Windows so I have to take out my Leopard disk and install everything again. Is there a way that I can keep these installations permantly?

Also after I partitioned for 32 GBs on my Hard Drive for Windows my Mac partition seemed to slow down. Is that normal?
