Leopard - MS L2TP/IPSEC VPN Support?

My place of business uses a Microsoft based L2TP/IPSEC VPN for external access to our internal business network. I'd really like to be able to VPN into work using my MacBook and I have tried every possible way (OS X built-in VPN client, VPN Tracker, IPSecuritas) to connect to it from Tiger and now Leopard, but have not had a stitch of luck. Perhaps I'm just doing something wrong? 😕

Has anyone out there ever been able to connect to a Microsoft based L2TP/IPSEC VPN using either Tiger or Leopard?

Thanks in advance for any ideas or insight anyone can provide.
