Sure - download and burn the latest beta from Ubuntu Site (http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/hardy/beta) , pop the CD in and boot from it (hold 'C' key at the boot chime ).

Some hardware may not be supported but MacBook and MacBook Pro and Mac Pro all work fine as far as I know.
