Will getting a new battery help my computer run at cool speeds?

My macbook's battery is up to 330 cycles with 44% health and it can barely hold an hour charge and the Temperature is always between 110-140. I'm planning on getting a new battery asap and I was wondering if it would help my computer run more efficiently and in doing so help it stay cooler.

Probably not. If you want it to run cooler, use smcfancontrol to increase your minimum fan speed. I keep mine baselined at 3k or 4k.
