Do you really need the wireless capability? $500 is a lot to pay for a 50 W a side amp with an MP3 player built in and a network connection. (plus optional controller, plus optional additional wireless receivers)

AFAIK it doesn't have a TOSLink optical digital input (or any digital audio input). I really don't know if it is suitable to do what you describe.

The analog output from the Ultralight should be excellent quality, just take that to a power amp or a receiver.
