Riveting stuff here but I was at Target tonight and noticed that the Macbook Air was used as a prop in the Target ad from last week. Big time placement for Apple.:D

Its good advertising to have a good looking computer on your furniture rather then chunky old CRT displays like most of the time they are.

That thin notebook computer on the desk is most likely just a prop made of (thin) cardboard. :D

lol @ how the air cost way more than all the furniture combined. Good advertising, though. It will give people a false sense of how much space they will really have when they put their computer on that desk, hehe.

Whenever you see a laptop in a commercial, TV show or movie 99% of the time its a Mac or a really old Dell.

I'd wager a guess that this was the same good idea the advertiser had. Makes the desk look a lot bigger than with a, sad to say, "standard" computer. And all the arrogant people out there who have no clue what a Mac or OS X is are the type that will fall for this :D
