Peed off with PayPal

So I'm trying to purchase the subscription here and then along comes PayPal. I enter all my info (for my card) and it says it's linked with an account. So I remember I have an account from around 3 years ago. I manage to log in and attempt to pay. "Unable to transfer funds as you have a resolution" blabla. I need to click the ring, thing. So I schedule a call for now and it says I already have one pending. What the..

Any other way of buying? Much love? Cookies? Bah.
