Try crucial. I have bought ram from them before and it was good and pretty cheap.

12" iBook 800Mhz (http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.asp?Mfr%2BProductline=Apple%2BiBook&mfr=Apple&cat=RAM&model=iBook+%28G4+800MHz%29&submit=Go)

14" iBook 933mhz (http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.asp?Mfr%2BProductline=Apple%2BiBook&mfr=Apple&cat=RAM&model=iBook+%28G4+933MHz%29&submit=Go)

14" iBook 1Ghz (http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.asp?Mfr%2BProductline=Apple%2BiBook&mfr=Apple&cat=RAM&model=iBook+%28G4+1GHz%29&submit=Go)

RAM is RAM, I've said it before and I'll say it again, If you can't find it on www.pricewatch.com it doesn't exist.

RAM for the iBookG4 is a DDR266MHz SO-DIMM, hence any DDR266MHz SO-DIMM will work.
