Hey guys, my friend tried to jailbreak his ipod, but now its not working right. When he was jailbreaking, it went through all the white words going down the screen, then it went into a connect to itunes screen on his itouch. It shows a usb connector cable pointing toward an itunes icon with an arrow. Now it wont go off this at all. Ive tried turning it off and back on, clicking "fix NVRam" on Ziphone, and nothing works. iTunes wont recognize it. When I connect it to iTunes it says "Could not connect to iPod due to an unknown error."
Please help, thanks.

Alright,
Your Method Of Jailbreaking Was ZiPhone?
The Previous Version Didn't Work For Me,
However The New Version Seems To Work Fine And I Am Very Satisfied With It.
It Doesn't Seem To Work With The New(er) 16GB And 32GB Models,
But I Am not sure if this is the case with newer version of the program.
You'll First have to unbrick it,

Next Try The New Version of ZiPhone,
If you were already using this version,
It looks like you're out of luck.
Make Sure You Don't Touch ANYTHING while ZiPhone Is Working It's Magic,
Killing ZiPhone Is A LAST resort and will more than likely brick your ipod,
Even If it gets stuck on some places, leave it be for a while, don't just assume it's not working.
Best Of Luck,
Christa Pho.

huck the ipod up to mac or pc and open ziphone and in advanced features click on normal mode and see if that helps.
failing that stick the thing in recovery and restore and try again.
