Downgrade 1.1.4 to 1.1.1, help please

I am wishing to downgrade my iPod Touch to 1.1.1 from 1.1.4. Please if anyone can give me step by step instructions to do this, i would be very happy :D

First you want to enter DFU mode (google it as I can't provide link at the moment)
then download 1.1.1 firmware
open iTunes
for mac: click on restore while holding Alt
for windows: click on restore while holding shift

I suggest using iTunes 7.5
if your on windows, just uninstall iTunes threw control panel and install itunes 7.5 (google "old versions of iTunes")

Do the same thing for mac, uninstall iTunes and install ituneS 7.5

Well, speaking from my own personal experience, iTunes 7.6 works fine when downgrading from 1.1.4 to 1.1.1

I've done it about 3 times on my macbook, so I don't think it is necessary for you to downgrade your itunes

I tried doing that but got error(1) again, any suggestions now?

i got it to start recovering to 1.1.1 but then i got error (6) ugh:(
