Hi guys,

I am about to sell my old mac pro to go towards a new 8 core. I want to get your opinions on the resale value of it. I will sell it locally so this really isn't an offer to ship it, but rather a way to determine value. Here are the specs.

2 - 2.66 Dual Core Xeons
4 gigs of Apple certified RAM (All crucial brand)
1.25 terabytes of storage (3 WD 250 16mb, 1 WD 500 16mb)
ATI Radeon X1900 (runs cool even under heavy load, no artifacts ever.)
2 Superdrives for easy CD/DVD duplication and production
Bluetooth card
Wireless Mighty Mouse
Wireless Apple Keyboard

Thanks in advance!

Are you sure the hard drive cache is millibits and not megabytes? There is a big difference.

My best advice is to search EBAY for a machine like yours and see what they are currently going for.

Good luck!

I sold my 1st gen 3GHz (4 total cores) Mac Pro in the beginning of March for $2000 on Craig's List. Included in the machine was 2GB RAM. X1900, and a 500GB HD.
