Annoying bug that has been in every version of OS X

This happens for everyone else right?

Right click on the desktop.

Select 'Change Desktop Background...'

System Preferences then opens, but ALWAYS has the Screensaver tab selected!

Not a huge bug by any means, but man, its been 7 years since OS X came out.

Nope. It goes to the last option that was selected. At least it does for me.

Same here, well it goes to a folder on another HDD that I save wallpapers in, but still it goes straight to the last option selected 🙂

So odd. I wonder why on earth mine defaults to the SS tab?

Same here.

Working on a 10.3.4 server when I checked. (on it's to 10.3.9)

Same here, no problems, mine always goes to the last one selected so if I was in the screensaver tab last time it goes back there. If I was in the Desktop wallpaper tab it goes back there.

Just tried it on 3 different macs, all went into desktop preference.

Youv'e had this problem for 7 years?!?
