Aiya,

I'm actually having all these little problems with Leopard. I reinstalled it from an existing 10.5, and transferred some of the user account info. (same user). But I get weird annoyances. I can't turn the bluetooth discoverable off. Whenever I trash something I have to enter my password.

Is there any way to default things to back to normal?

Have you tried creating a new user and not copying the account information across? See if you get the same problems. It's possible you've copied some, but not all, of the necessary information, and it's causing problems.

Hm... sounds like you did this on your own. That's never good. It also sounds like you need to repair your permissions. Did you do that?

I repaired permissions and no difference. I transferred some files like music/pictures myself.
