iPod touch Music Playback on a jailbroken iTouch

Hey everyone, it seems like whenever i hack my itouch, protected music doesn't play. the sound is up, the i have pressed play(i see the pause symbol), but the time count just stays at zero. so i unhacked it and rehacked it again. Same thing. (i don't remember, but i think that last time it wouldn't play any music at all, even ripped from cd). i can't wait for the sdk. i want my iApps.
