Hi,

I have the first generation (Nov. 2006) BOSE Triport IE headphones, and was wondering if anyone knew from experience that they fit in the recessed jack without the need for an adaptor.

They have done the 2nd gen headphones and they advertise the fact that they DO fit in without adapters, but maybe the first ones do too.

Thanks.

Do these have the plastic rectangle jack? If they do all you have to do is grab some sand paper (I actually used one of my wife's nail files) and run it around the little round plastic piece by the jack and then it slipped in...I did this with a pair of the in-ear Triports.

Yeah they do, and thanks mate :)

Yeah, the 2G Triports have the plastic thing raised up a bit.

Thanks again :)
