Is there a way to put themes on my iPhones, put actual saved games on it, and put my own ringtones on my new iphone without jailbreaking?

Ringtones can be done with iToner (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/itoner/), you need to Jailbreak for the rest.
it's easy to get free ringtones... u download them from this 1 website.... it is called "myxer"
just google that and it is called like myxerdownloads.com or somethin like that and then u look for songs in the option "explore"
and u pick the song, click download ringtone for iphone under the song name and then after it is done downloading, double click the download and it goes STRAIGHT to ur ringtones section in itunes and can be synced the next time u plug in ur iphone!!!

I use audacity, which you can get for free, to cut my tracks down and export them as mp3's.
