RealOne Player for Windows can convert rm files into MP3 files, though you need to subscribe to Real's premium subscription service to access that feature of the player. There is a free trial available for the RealOne subscriptions, which certainly should be long enough to do your conversions.
Once you are logged into the RealOne service, just right-click on an audio file in your library to convert it.
