Port Map and Back to My Mac?

First I want to start out by saying I just discovered Port Map after reading about it on TUAW. I have an older router to use for my wired connections along with an airport express. It immediately opened up the ports I asked with no crappy web interface.

However, I'm not sure what ports to open for Back to my Mac
Can someone help me out?
