Mine includes the perfect case and very unique "USB" SD card.

I will ship FedEx Ground, insured for the included $100 minimum, with no signature required, to a business address. By not adding a required signature and extra insurance, and shipping to a business address, they give much lower FedEx Ground rates. :)

Yes, we bought brand new.
I would guess we have taken 2000 photos with it???

I use it in a manual mode where I can shut OFF the flash, not sure about any manual focus settings. It is back at the studio right now and I can't go look until late tonight.
