WTB: UK 15" Macbook Pro Casing

I have been looking around for weeks on eBay for someone selling the casing for a Macbook Pro. I have a Core 2 Duo 2.16GHz 15" MBP which is all dented and the screen latch no longer works, so I want to replace the lid (including hinges) and the base, and possibly the palm rest but not so important.

Does anyone know where I can find these parts for sale? They don't necessarily have to be new, but new would be preferred.
